This is my accountability tool for losing the 130 pounds I need to lose to get from 315 pounds to 185 pounds. This will be a compilation of my food log for the day and some off topic rants. Comments are welcome, but I will not tolerate bashing of myself or any other posters. I reserve the right to determine the definition of "bashing", and to delete or block anyone's comments here that I feel are inappropriate or irreverent. If you can't be civil, go somewhere else.
