Second Walk: 2.95 miles over 37'37" for a pace of 12'43" to burn 641 calories. Was actually 2.9 miles for a pace of 12'58"/mile. This was Day 1 of Week 3 of "Couch to 5K" again.

03/22/2010 Weigh In

I know, I have been bad and not posted recently. It was just a rough week for our family as a whole. However, God has blessed me as in it looks like my father is turning the corner, the vehicles are still barely holding together, Tara hasn't gotten laid off yet, people seem interested in her photos($), and I am down to 288.6 pounds this morning. That is approximately 6.2 pounds down from last week. Amazing considering I was not tracking worth a durn, and was very bad about certain things I ate. I will attempt again to complete Week 3 of the "Couch to 5K" program this week.

03/15/2010 Weigh In

Well, I gained a little this week. Weighed in this morning at 294.8 pounds. Had trouble Friday through Sunday staying out of the chips and cookies that were in the house. Will have to get batter at that. Starting Week 3 of Couch to 5K this week.
