First Walk: 4.07 miles over 56'35" for a pace of 13'55"/mile to burn 881 calories. Was actually 3.4 miles for a pace of 16'38"/mile.
Second Walk/Run: 3.15 miles over 42'34" for a pace of 13'30" to burn 683 calories. Was actually 2.9 miles for a pace of 14'41"/mile. This was supposed to be Day 1 Week 4 of "Couch to 5K", but I fell apart.
