06/21/2010 Activity

Okay, so we are going to try this again. I am going to log all nutrition and exercise and weigh-ins in one block per day.


I weighed in today at 297.2 pounds. So, I gained back 15 pounds from my lowest point during this. Going to try to punch back through that barrier and head to 250 pounds for my next goal. I am also going to work on trying to get Tara walking every night.
