06/21/2010 Activity

Okay, so we are going to try this again. I am going to log all nutrition and exercise and weigh-ins in one block per day.


I weighed in today at 297.2 pounds. So, I gained back 15 pounds from my lowest point during this. Going to try to punch back through that barrier and head to 250 pounds for my next goal. I am also going to work on trying to get Tara walking every night.

06/14/2010 Weigh-In

So, I have very much slacked off with this. I have gained back 15 pounds and am now at 297.2. Going to try to get this going again. Next goals, 250 pounds and running 3 miles on a regular basis non-stop. I want to make the running goal by mid August.
